SACRAMENTS FOR ADULTS:
Sacraments for Adults is offered in our OCIA Program (Order of Christian Initiation for Adults). The program is available in ENGLISH, SPANISH AND VIETNAMESE
WHO ARE THESE CLASSES FOR?
- Individuals looking to get baptized
- Individuals that were baptized in a Christian denomination, but would like to learn more about the Catholic faith and perhaps become Catholic
- Individuals baptized Catholic, but were not raised in the faith or would like to receive first communion and confirmation
PREREQUISITES:
- If baptized (in the catholic Church or approved Christian denomination), copy of baptism certificate
- If NOT baptized, copy of birth certificate
- If looking to receive Confirmation, copy of Baptism and First Communion certificate
OTHER NOTES:
Different Rites at the parish and at Christ Cathedral will be required as part of the preparation. Sacraments will be administered on Easter Vigil or Pentecost Sunday – this is at the discretion of the Deacon and his team.
