La Purisima invites our young people to join together in faith community and service.
We encourage the personal and spiritual growth of our youth through meaningful fellowship, mission work, service projects, worship, and prayer. Anyone is welcome!
High School Ministry
Within our high school ministry, our ultimate goal is to bring young people together in a life of faith, action and fellowship, as well as address spiritual, emotional, and social needs unique to high school youth. With everything we do, we hope that our teens will be able to build meaningful relationships with each other and with God. We work to provide opportunities to serve our God through mission work and service projects to become better disciples of Christ. Through worship and conversation we explore our faith and equip the youth with what it takes to live a Christ-filled life.
Our high school youth is also encouraged to help serve at the 5pm mass every Sunday, help plan events for middle school ministry, summer kids camp, the Fish Fry, scouting, serve on our confirmation leadership team (if they have already been confirmed), as well as donate their time to many other service projects throughout the year.
We hold regular youth nights on the third sunday of every month after the 5pm mass. (with some variations due to holidays etc.)
Our youth room is open Monday, Wednesday-Friday from 2-8pm and Sundays 1-5pm (subject to change depending on special events, check our instagram for updates.)
Our middle school youth ministry program seeks to provide a safe, fun place for youth in grades 6-8th to find solid Catholic community, to get answers to their questions about faith, and, most importantly to experience Jesus in a personal way.
Our middle school youth is encouraged to help serve at our 5pm mass and engage in various service opportunities.

Our Skate Ministry seeks to bring together a community of middle/high school aged young men. We create an environment where our young men are able to grow in their faith, their skating abilities, and in community with one another.
